Warranty Terms
Effective date: 24 September 2025
Scope
This warranty applies solely to compliance work carried out by Acorn Compliance under your active subscription. It does not apply to work created by you or third parties before joining our service.
DTAC Warranty
We warrant that evidence files we prepare will be accepted by any assessment body, including NHS and ORCHA. For third party services we resell, we warrant only that they meet DTAC requirements.
ISO Warranty
For ISO related compliance services delivered by Acorn Compliance, we warrant that you will pass an external audit, subject to your cooperation and provision of accurate and complete information.
Remediation
In the rare case that evidence is not accepted, we will work with you reasonably and in good faith to remedy required aspects at no additional charge, and we will aim to complete this remediation within 5 working days.
Dependencies
This warranty is conditional upon your timely cooperation and provision of accurate and complete information. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide.
